May I be completely honest with you? People whose first concept of life is to BE FAMOUS SO BAD would be people I'd stay away from as an agent, or manager. This cannot be your first goal. My suggestion if you are a young person is to make sure you get a good education - increase your ability to read, spell, write. Purchase magazines that prepare you in the way of 'how to dress', etc. Develop whatever talents you have (speaking, music, acting, dance, etc.) Be the best at whatever that talent is. Surround yourself with positive thinking and doing people.
Depending upon where you live, you might get involved in a small theatre group, or dance troop. Focus on your skills and your studies.
Your maturity level and access to common sense will determine what you are ready for. Look at the young people who are in front of you now - Paris, Lindsay, etc. Are these people representative of "famous' that you want to be? I hope not.
Getting started is never the problem - being mature and ready for the opportunities that have yet to come your way - is....

You dear are lost in the sauce. Why don't you just try to be the best person you can and people will like you. Wanting to be famous is just being self centered. Try doing unwarranted random acts of kindness to others and get over your self. That in it self is so rare that you may become famous, but for a good reason.
