Could one be held liable for an answer or advise given here that resulted in the injury of an untrained person or even a stupid person?
As in an electrical repair?

Yep, coragryph is correct. You can theoretically and legally be held liable for the advice you give here. In addition to being held liable for negligence, you can also theoretically be held liable for other reasons depending on the type of advice you are giving. For example, if you give advice on some medical or legal problem, you may be committing the unauthorized practice of law or medicine.

In theory yes -- which is why most professionals include a disclaimer in their personal info saying that nothing they say should be taken as formal advice.
But in practice, trying to find the person's identity, and prove negligence against an "assumption of risk" defense -- it would be very difficult to win a negligence case.
