i was fooling around with spells and stuff and i written a to find a soul mate and it went like this:

The one i choose
im not sure
so show me the one
whos meant for me
make him what i want to be
on day three
so mote it be

three days later my brother in laws best friend called over to my house asking me out on a date.

Any one have a reversal spell?

why would you want to reverse it ? sounds like it worked to me and this is not getting into black magick trust me, but it is getting into taking away ones free will which will cause you harm in the end.... look up the laws of the three fold and karma and you will see what i mean but i still dont see why you want to reverse it see were it goes and what happend obviously it worked and fate showed you who you were meant to be with

A bit of closing the door after the horse has bolted but, you should never mess with anothers free will. 'an it harm none'
Soul mates are just that. Attached to your soul, your soul is endless, you will encounter your soul mate through all eternity! And I'm guessing you'd rather it wasn't this guy!?
What's wrong with him?... after all you asked for him!

My advice would be to write your spells with a little more care.
You asked for the universe to send a match...if your not sure then you have to take the rough with the smooth.
You asked for him to be 'what I want to be'. What does this guy do? because that is what your soul yearns for...not necessarily him but what he is!

A reversal has room for error and further misinterpretation.
Try thanking your God/Goddess for sending this guy and re write the spell, asking for this match to run it's course within a week(for example) be very careful Not to say never or later. Ask that the guy not be hurt, and remember the law of three!!

Alternatively, give this guy some time...he may turn out to be the right one, for what you need now.

first things first. I noticed that Angel of Death's first response to your answer did not include the real reference to the spell that was proposed. The set up of the candles, the number of candles, the spell itself, all ripped off from the pilot episode of "Charmed." Shame on you....A/D !
I am not going to berate you for your inexperience, you obviously know you did wrong. With any spell you have to consider the wording, because you infuse them with power and activate them in the working. I will offer you some hope, and some consolation unlike some of my other magickal siblings. It's not the end of the world, yes it CAN be reversed, but it will be much more difficult. Too difficult for you to do alone, as you are somewhat new to Magick. You need to find help, on your own, since that is a part of your learning experience.

There isn't anyhting you can do now... break up with him and hope anything else doesn't go unwell.

Important Spells are not done in hours or days, but weeks and months. Then put away and read again later with a fresh eye, before using.

You seem to have cultivated a slight fatal attraction here , which is why love spells aren't good as they bend someones will which goes against the three fold law. Chalk this one up to a lesson learned and practise and study more before doing any other spells.

You have to be careful what you wish for and be sure to be specific! If this isn't what you want then I suggest writing a new one that specifically undoes what you have done and nothing more.
