how to block a number?

i habe a nokia cell fone and sum person i don't know got a hold of my number how do i block them cus there annoying

actually you can't block numbers from calling your cell phone.

i was very upset to learn this from Verizon. A client kept calling to harass me and when I called Verizon they told me they can only block calls that come to a land line (house phone) my only option was to get a new phone number :-(

i would suggest you assign the annoying caller a unique ringer so you don't have to bother looking at your phone each time they call.

Idk who ur provider is but my provider doesnt offer the number block. I would have 2 advise u dat if u have caller ID just ignore da call n dont pick it up, eventually dis person will get the hint. aslo, wat I did wz, I have da option of changing my ringer 2 1 beep n wen it beeps just dat once i check the number n if its a person i want 2 spk 2 I take da call if not i just let it go and i wont here da beep again, unless they leave a msg.

I have a nokia to i had to take mine back where i got it for them to block it I hate that phone .............But on your home phone if you have embarqe you can purchase singular witch bloks out any number you wish sure comes in handy its $ 4 a month extra but worth every penny

call your cell phone provider and request they block the number.
