No, they are not splitting up. I just saw photos of Brad, Angie, Shiloh and Zahara in front of the jet. They are on vacation. The kids were still in the pj's and this was Tuesday 7/31/07. Check it out on JustJared.com. Brad's reps released a statement that they are not breaking up.

I don't think there's anything official, but the rumors are they are already talking about custody of the kids in case something does happen. Usually the rumors turn out to be true.
