We had a power failure and since the stove fails to work properly. The top burners work just fine but the oven will not on bake or broil. When I try to turn the oven on I get an error message of E1 - F1 and nothing will happen. I have been told to turn the circuit breaker off for fifteen minutes and then turn it back on but this fails to fix the problem. The range is only four years old and is model number 665.950141-02. Any ideas as to what could be wrong? Would this have a fuse or circuit breaker in the back that needs to be replaced or reset?

As stated.

Your kenmore product is a whirlpool product actually. The error E1-F1 indicates that the Electronic Range Control/Clock has been blown. Replacing this piece can easily cost you $150+.

this link will take you right to your error lookups:

There is an error code sheet hidden someplace on your stove. Usually down in the drawer on the bottom or under the lift up stove top panel.

Most of the problem with these codes indicate a ERC (electronic range control) problem and require replacement. I have included a link for solving the code problems.just click on the link.
