Because Huey Lewis has some of the MOST irritating songs ever. His music tries to be all happy-go-lucky and catchy, but what it really is is the precursor to homicidal rage.
Although, Huey's rumored to have a really big weiner, so maybe if he showed that while he was belting out his annoying songs, it might make us less hostile.

The song makes you angry because, deep down, you know, you'll never be a square.. you're more of a hexagon.. and you know it..
be proud of your shape Bunny .. Hexagons are rad too.. and screw Huey Lewis for making you feel otherwise..

Second one is easy, because you mention 'axe'. Same reason the always put Q's I give name DRAGON in they want to put in 'pets > reptiles'
First part is because they have put backwards masking into that song to make it impossible not to want to do that.
