It's been twice now during the last hour that I try to put a question in "Law and Ethics" about chemical castration for the serial rapists and pedophiles but the questions have both been deleted by the moderator! I don't understand why!
Why can't I ask a question about that?
It's being debated in the UK and in Texas (and probably many other countries or states) as you can see in these articles:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1849316/posts
http://www.texnews.com/texas97/ouch050897.html

And I didn't ask anything weird about it! I just asked what people thought about it!!

If somebody knows the e-mail address of the moderator, please give it to me.
Thank you in advance.

You have elected to keep your questions and answers private, not do you allow e-mail or IM. I suspect that you have been stalked by a troll on Y! Answers who has been reporting you for abuse and that is why your questions have been deleted. Y! Answers does not have a moderator. Reports of abuse are handled by immediate deleting of the reported offense. You can appeal the decision to a panel by replying directly to the e-mail from Y! Answers that notified you your question or answer was deleted. You will also be restored any penalty points that were deducted if you win your appeal.

Yahoo is often irrational and inconsistent about what they remove and what they leave in place -- but there appears to be nothing we can do about that.
