my goal is to dominate in these two positions somewhere in my football career so i want to know if i will be fast enough.

i think 4.5 would be a pretty good time for a linebacker fullback 4.5 4.6 4.7 for a linebacker fullbacks can be a lil slower but imagine a backer with with a 4.4 ....dang
o and to improve ur speed
use one of those parachutes, or he sled with weights on it
and if u dont have those get a long towel and have someone hold it around u while u run with their resistance
and workout out ur core section and ur legs but make sure u stay flexible good luck mate

as both positions you will need some speed. college linebackers are usually running the 40 somewhere in the 4.5-4.6 range. fullbacks are usually in th 4.6-4.7 range.

To improve speed do step ups with or with out weights and run stairs

Depends on your age really. Freshman in high school should get atleast 5.0, varsity+ should be 4.7, college should be 4.6 or so.

4.4 to 4.6 is the norm anything below 4.4 is extraordinary.
