I suggest you send your paper as certified or registered mail, so the recipient has to sign for it and you then have proof it was delivered.
Also keep a copy or two, just in case it should somehow be lost.
Too important to take chances, nephew!

Generally about 3 days, in my experience, but if you have a paper to turn in, Id spend the $4 and send it priority mail to be safe :)

Five hours' worth of driving, assuming average traffic conditions. If not average conditions, poor driver.
It takes two or three days for mail to get to and from, my bro lives in Chicago and I live in Cincinnati. Give five to seven days to be absolutely safe.

3 days at the most. If ya mail it early in the morning,say on Monday( before 7am) or Sunday evening / nite by Wed whoever in Chi-town should get it
