The search efforts continued as authorities reviewed the safety record of the bridge, which had been designated "structurally deficient" as early as 1990.

Aviator - Here's one for you:
Imagine if bush was a good president and wasn't wasting trillions in his war on Iraq and instead spent it domestically fixing the infrastructure and education. (Answer to a bridge question)

Below are just two examples for our myopic liberal "friends". Of course, they will be quick to point out that no one has explicitly blamed Bush. But, in typical liberal fashion, they hide behind inferences.

here's a theory, why do no longer we blame the city of Minneapolis for spending the tax money that would desire to be allotted to infrastructure on bolstering the pensions of city workers? In each and every significant city in this u . s . a ., the union workers that "artwork" for the cities have the main costly earnings applications available. There are assured will strengthen, advantages and so on that each and every person come from our tax money. rather of paving roads, repairing potholes, platforms, and so on. the politicians feather their very own nests and can desire to offer a flying fig concerning the destiny. top occasion is New Orleans. whilst the hurricanes hit - it became thoroughly obvious that the federal government hadn't completed squat approximately levees in years yet you will possibly properly be sure the moron who became working FEMA on the time did no longer make under six figures.

Bridge repair is normally the duty of the State, not the Federal government. The Governor and the engineers at MNDoT need to worry, not anyone else.

They're not. You're just asking a question to make a false statement that you'd like people to believe. You've provide a link to give your faux question a faux air of authenticity: there's nothing in the link that shows that liberals are blaming Bush for the bridge collapse.

The fact is: highway funds have been cut to pay for the war in Iraq, but there's no indication specific funds were cut for this bridge.

Please tell us where in the article it says anyone is blaming Bush let alone liberals. Here we go again, lies from the right. Actually, if anything, I have heard liberals praising Bush for his fast response and releasing money to rebuild the bridge.

Your attempt at false accusation and baiting your oppoonents needs to be better than this. You are caught with egg on your face on this one. How embarrassed you must feel when someone reads the article and there is not one iota of evidence that proves your assertion that liberals or anyone else is blaming Bush. Shame on you.

Which Bush are you defending? There was a president named Bush when the report came out in 1990, just not the same one we have now. To my knowledge the previous president didn't do anything to address the issue.

Where do you get out of that that liberals are blaming Bush? All I read was that the Bush's were visiting the area and I didn't see anything at all about partisan blaming or liberals. I'm blaming you for blaming liberals for blaming Bush since you clearly like the blame game so much. It is fun isn't it?

They aren't. Can you give one example of a liberal blaming Bush for the collapse?

Edit: source? context? And it doesn't even seem like a blame for the bridge. It seems like that person is debating spending of the government. Really, they are only blaming Bush for spending money in Iraq, then suggesting that that money could be used for infrastructure.

I have not heard any libs blaming Bush. I suspect you must think Bush will be blamed, tho. Is this Karl Rove asking this question?

BTW, for the first guy who posted about libs and mental disorder. I was at UCB with Michael Weiner Savage. This guy is the biggest pothead / hippy I ever met. He sure has punked you guys. He is laughing at you all the way to the bank.

The question should be: Why are you making false accusations against the liberals? And, why did so many Y/A republicans agree with you, even though you don't have a leg to stand on? Anyone who bothers to read the article will see that there is no truth to your accusation.
