Absolutely, but the bad can have the most change for the wrong reasons.

I believe if I have good intentions, I will take time to do things that ensure a better outcome for the situation.
Bad intentions I try to skip because I won't like the outcome any more than the person they are aimed at.

Not Any situation. Because sometimes Good Intentions Paved The Road To Hell. But I would say that intent is 90
percent of the deal

I think it depends on the situation. Some of the worst things ever came fom good intentions, but that is not true in all cases. So, like I said, it just depends
1. on the situation
2.on the person or people involved.

Good or bad Intentions can govern any outcome
I was kind to a police officer when he stopped my car, he just gave me a warning rather than a ticket after i showcased my good intensions..he told me most say "What?", or "I didnt do it"..he said i was patient and kind-so I did not get a ticket

Of course....but the road to Hell is paved with good intentions. It's not always the intentions that make the difference; it's obedience. (i.e. doing what you know in your heart is right, whether it's popular or not.)

no, it is not the intention that will influence the outcome at all. It is the action that will decide the outcome.

Yes. Its kind of like the difference between gambling at a casino or gambling on the stock market. The casino wants to take your money, the market is meant to be mutually beneficial.
