Absolutely, but the bad can have the most change for the wrong reasons.

I believe if I have good intentions, I will take time to do things that ensure a better outcome for the situation.

Bad intentions I try to skip because I won't like the outcome any more than the person they are aimed at.

Not Any situation. Because sometimes Good Intentions Paved The Road To Hell. But I would say that intent is 90
percent of the deal

I think it depends on the situation. Some of the worst things ever came fom good intentions, but that is not true in all cases. So, like I said, it just depends
1. on the situation
2.on the person or people involved.

the type of intention should be reflected in your action then yes the outcome changes

I was kind to a police officer when he stopped my car, he just gave me a warning rather than a ticket after i showcased my good intensions..he told me most say "What?", or "I didnt do it"..he said i was patient and kind-so I did not get a ticket

Of course....but the road to Hell is paved with good intentions. It's not always the intentions that make the difference; it's obedience. (i.e. doing what you know in your heart is right, whether it's popular or not.)

Yes. Its kind of like the difference between gambling at a casino or gambling on the stock market. The casino wants to take your money, the market is meant to be mutually beneficial.
