Who is married, you, the old flame, both of you?
You have to make a decision. Do you want to stay married? If so, you have to figure out if you can have a non-sexual relationship with your old flame. If you can't, then stay away.
If you can, set boundaries and enjoy the friendship.

Been there, done that. both of us are married with kids. He contacted me after 17 years. He had a big problem with it just after we hooked up because his wife became pregnant. I should have ended it then. I would have saved myself a lot of angst. That was a year and a half ago. We have not had sex in a year but We are still friends and talk on the phone almost everyday. We don't see eachother, although I would like to see him more often but he wont because he is afraid of something sexual happening.

I suggest you look at your situation (if you are married) and see why you did this in the first place. I regret not looking at my own situation and getting involved with him in this way. i should have kept it at friends, separated from my husband and looked for happiness the right way. Affiars are only a temporary fix.

If you are married you shouldn't be hooking up with an old flame...Damn I hate it when that just happens! Are you looking for a divorce?

If youre married, you have no business "hooking up" with an old flame. Would you like it or care if your wife did the same.....right, I thought so.

You take all that hotness that you feel for the old flame, and you go home and ravage your wife.

wear a cup, cuz if I was with you, I'd cut off your man parts, put them in a blender and feed them to you for breakfast. I'm glad KARMA is real. Selfish people ALWAYS get what's coming to them.

Go home to your spouse with a "sigh" of what might've been, but isn't... you're married.
