he told me he was at the bar for an interview the other night. he started work today. he was 2.5 hours late the other night and i stupidly believed he was at the bar. I was putting his clothes away today and found many hershey kisses hidden in a pair of pants (not in the pockets, pants just wrapped around them) -- the hershey kisses are given out at whore houses around here and they weren't in his drawer before that. So he's a lying whore and as soon as he gets home from work i am kicking his lying *** out. Question is, can i call the cops if he refuses to leave?

oh I am so sorry for you! Hugs!

No, you can't kick him out, it's against the law because he owns the house too, or is on the lease too, or whatever.

The only way you can have him removed is if he gets violent. But please don't lie and pretend he was violent, making up stories to the police. Maybe you wouldn't do that, but some women would, and crying wolf hurts the women that really do have abusive partners and really do need police protection.

Don't you think that if you asked him to leave, he would? Who would want to be in the same house with someone under that kind of severe emotional distress?
If he's obstinant and refuses to leave, leave yourself. Take a few key valuables, such as a box of pictures and a box of legal papers that shows the money trail of your marriage.

I do feel so sorry for you...it's amazing how men are so sloppy with their lies. It's almost as if...they want to get caught.
p.s.
Do check that bar to make sure that there are not hershey kisses on the bar counter first!

Hi Bakes.....Bad situation....I know what you are saying concerning the 'chocolate kisses' but hun...this really isn't sufficient evidence to 'kick' him completely out of your life if you still love or care for him. Get more evidence, then if you have to, then 'kick' him out. Sometimes when one is angry and we know that the other person is not totally being honest we say and do things that we regret later. Make sure you have enough 'proof' to accuse him. Realistically speaking...'What if' you kick him out so do speak, then find out later that a friend of your husband had been to these 'whore' houses and received those chocolate kisses then gave them to your husband at work? Now I'm not trying to take your husbands side, I'm just thinking what could happen. I don't know you or your husband so I'm just assuming. I hate to see a good marriage go down the drain. As to your question..I'm not sure on what state you reside in, but some police will ask the husband to leave the premises for the night till things can be rectified. Some officers don't and then some arrest both for a domestic feud so it all depends on the state you reside in. I wish you all the luck on your situation and take care.

If you are renting yoiur house and the lease is in both your names no the cops can't do anything, if you own your home same thing, the cops won't get involved until he actually harms you in some way. You have to tell him you want him to leave. How do you know whore houses give out hershey kisses? confront him and tell him you want out of the marriage. it may mean you have to leave if he refuses to leave. sorry but I have been through a lying bastard before and I had to leave because he would not face up to the truth. pack up and go and for god sake don't let him touch you.

Wow sorry to hear your hubby is actin' crazy!
If his name is on the lease/mortgage papers I don't think the police can MAKE him leave. If you call them and they come to the house they will probably suggest to him that he spend the night somewhere else (in an attempt for you to "cool off") especially if they end up being male cops. But legally it is his house too unless your name is the only one on the paperwork. Are you sure he was at this "whore house"? You say he is lying "again"...has he done this before?? Try to get proof if you are thinking of divorce.
Sorry to hear about your troubles.
Good luck.

You can but only if its your house, you cant kick him out off his own house,(give me your keys,a want your car, or I'll phone the cops on your ***). You can call them and tell them if he hits you or something, they always believe a women, he'll spend the night in jail... You can get a court order so that he must get another place to stay and still be held liable for the rent on your house, because his the one messing around..

I would investigate a little bit further. He could have brought the candy. Maybe you can call the bar to check and see if he was at work at the time. As far as putting him out, if his name is on the title that will cause a problem.

MAYBE he just likes Hershey kisses!! Im kidding! Would he really not leave if you asked him and confronted him about the situation? What would you tell the cops is it a viable reason for (the police) or on what terms would you tell them? Just some questions??

That would be the safest way to do things, is to call the cops, then its also legally documented. Are you sure you don't want to question him more? Maybe someone gave him those chocolates, maybe another male friend that was at the bar? Maybe ask a few more questions, have the chocolates on the table when he gets home, and discuss them.

It depends on the state that you live in and the city. In Ohio, you can only do that if he is physically abusing at the time or has threatened to do so. Other than that, they look at it as a marital dispute. An officer will come out, but will basically just tell you to work it out another way, etc. Check out the laws in your city and state and you should find the answer pretty easily.

You certainly deserve to be treated better than that. Try to stay calm, but firm. Let him know that you will not put up with that kind of behavior. Have a bag packed for him; so there is no delay. Keep your phone by you if the confrontation accelerates and definitely call the police if he shows any sign of anger toward you. Protect your self! Don't wait - Call the cops!!!
