I believe I heard this on the news this morning. It will take $190 billion and a generation to fix all the troubled bridges in the USA.
Will these future fundings be considered pork barrel spending? Until then, will the highway department provide a spot to pull over and pray before crossing over a bridge?

When a liberal user misrepresented the facts again by stating it would cost over $460 Million (not exact but close) I included a link with the comments indicating it would cost over $188 Billion. (It was in a news article this morning.)

Far from what another liberal user claimed would be in excess of $1 Trillion.

If you are of a religion other than what America can generally define as their own over the first 220 years in existence... Then you can pray anywhere. Otherwise you'll be impeding on someone else's rights whose more recently moved to this Country and by doing such a cursed action, you'll be fined or exported.

edit: Oops, I meant $188 Billion not Million

Cost (so far) for the war in Iraq:

$411 billion. Nice to see that we can re-build the infrastructure in Iraq, while our bridges collapse and steam pipes burst here at home.

$190 Billion!!!!

Why that would cut into the Surge, Stay the Course, etc for at least 6 or 7 months...

Simply intolerable. Build bombs not bridges!

Because, like Ray Nagen in NO, the liberal politicians have been spending maintenance and repair funds on trips for their cohorts to Las Vegas, and other places. Want it stopped? Stop voting for lying, socialist, liberal Democrats- all of them, and most Republicans. So long as we have the "two party system" we will be ripped off. People need to diversity their investments in politics, like they diversify their investments in stocks.
