I'm almost 23 weeks preg and I worked out before I was preg but now when I work out, I get this weird pain...

you know that stitch-in-the-side feeling during working out? (i always got it if i tried to run or jog)
i have been getting it almost every time i walk now, whether it's on the treadmill or concrete
but only while intentionally working out, not just walking the market or to get a rickshaw
It's on my right side. it's not a pain, but a cramp, like i ate right before working out or something, but i didn't
sometimes if i slow down it goes away, but sometimes if i push through about 10 min later it goes away completely.

i just wonder how safe it is or not...it would seem a cramp would signal my body needs a break, but i wonder why it's doing it all of a sudden and why it goes away.... has anyone had this before or knows what this is??

Its normal. Its from all those stretching ligaments and tendons.

You need to try to stretch more before and after, swimming is excellent for this reason.

Dont push yourself more than what you did before you were pregnant, and remember that at some point you're gong to need to slow it down a little, for the sake of your body, its hard work on it to be pregnant and working out like crazy.

walking and staying in fit while preg. is normal and very healthy for the mom and the baby.if the pain really starts to freak you out talk to your doctor. it may just be your body reacting to the new weight it is carrying inside and trying to position the baby in a comfortable place.

Please see or ask your doctor or a nurse. Maybe you are overdoing it a little and need to reduce or change your work-outs. I wouldn't take any chances, and would discontinue workouts until you talk with a medical professional. Be safe.
