Healthcare for children or cheaper cigarettes?

I ask this because Bush is going to veto a bill that will give healthcare to children by taxing cigarettes.

That bill does not give children anything. It makes healthcare availible but it is unusable. Have you ever tried to use the kids count health care system. I thik not or you would not support it.

Since healthcare is ALWAYS available to children now, your question seems ignorant to me. Smart people know we don't need to spend more on something we already have.
