This is straightforward.

A gram mole is the equivalent amount of grams as compared to the molecular mass of a compund.

For oxygen (O2) there is 16 x 2 = 32 grams in 1 mole.

Calculate the ratio of 12 grams to 32 grams.

Now do the same for CO2. Calculate the molecular mass and take the ratio of 22 grams to that total
