your ISP will still only see 1 IP and device, the router. it can't see whats behind the router so you won't have to pay any more. and yes it will work wirelessly in other rooms, signal strength may vary with distance and walls etc...

No, it will not cost you more from your DSL company to have a router.
No, there shouldn't be difficulties as long as you run the cd and follow the installation procedure.
I think you are asking if you play uour PS2 and the PS2 is in another room from the router will it work? - Yes
It should be fairly easy, get a Linksys Wireless G router, it will just about work right out of the box.

If you already have a high speed internet connection then all you need to do is buy a wireless router. Then you can play wirelessly with that 360 adapter. I reccomend a Belkin wireless adapter. They are small, cheap and have fantastic range. The wireless router jusy plugs inthe the back of your regular router and then sends your connection wirelessly. Also important to note that you should create a password for your wireless network otherwise anyone in range of you could get on your network for free.

I have 2 wireless adapters and a wii hooked wirelessly the main port, I'm sure we are not paying more. Installing the router is easy, and the PS2 and PSP should be able to detect it through the walls.

The DSL's price is what you pay.. no matter what you add on your end. Yes, it is a little complicated to add and will need a special piece that you add for it to access the router. Anyone at a computer store should be able to help you with the price on that.

I speak from experience - you may or may not get a good connection.
My main computer is direct-connect to cable. It works in the blink of an eye.
If I take my laptop to the kitchen, it gets a "good" connection.
My backup computer, upstairs, gets a "low" connection and reduced speed.
You are the only one who can answer this question as we do not know the layout of your home.

They will come and setup your internet for 1 PC, you are responsible for setting the rest up. Some ISPs will setup multiple devices and they tend to charge a lot for it; I recommend you do it yourself.
