It all depends on BB final number, but my guess is about 2015.

It is not automatic that A-Rod will get there, many things can happen along the way. If he stays healthy and continues to produce at his current pace, he would be 8 to 10 years away assuming Bonds winds up with around 800. No one knows how much longer Bonds will play and how many homeruns he will actually have.

Personally, I'm rooting for Alex Rodriguez to go to Colorado where between hitting against National League pitching and calling Coors Field home he will shatter both the single season record and the home run career record. If that were to happen I would say 4 years. I'm not a Rockies fan, I'm an Angels fan, but mostly I'm a fan of the sport who just wants all this Barry stuff/nonsense/distractions from the greatness of the game to go away.
Realistically, I would say 6 years.

Only if he can stay healthy. Remember Ken Griffey Jr was on track to be the homerun king but many years of nagging injuries has squashed this dream. If A Rod can keep up his health and stay consistent than he should have no problems.

Yes.

A-Rod is 32 years old and has 499 home runs.

Barry Bonds was 37th when he hit his 500th home run!

A-Rod is way ahead of everyone elses pace.
