With the excuse that bad news makes great profits, why not try and see what good news brings.

When I was 14(back in the dark ages) I started saving clippings from our newspaper that told of good news. I always thought there should be a paper with nothing but good news. I'd buy it. Glad to know there's someone else out there who feels the same.

You have to have a mix. Because that's what life is like.

For example:

Can you imagine having a news outlet this week and not mentioning the bridge collapse? By any standard, that's bad news. Some people died, others injured, thousands upon thousands directly affected.

That's a story. It's also a story to say that towns across the country are taking a close look at their bridges right now. Maybe some repairs will be made that otherwise wouldn't have been made, and lives will be saved. That's good news.

It's all connected.
