The fact that you have to ask where to buy, makes me wonder if you will know where to install it once you buy it.
To buy online, be sure to go to a reputable seller who supports his product -
PCConnections is good
http://www.malkm.com/hard_drive.cfm?dn=pcconnections.com&pid=1POXNIEYX&sp=2&pt=2&vid=1186156856_1X01X1335655598&rpt=1&kt=1
Amazon is also good
http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_pc/104-5042702-1423132?initialSearch=1&url=search-alias%3Dcomputers&field-keywords=hard+drive
There are many more others, but Amazon lists more than one seller and lets you make the choice.

when you buy the new memory, keep in mind simply adding faster better ram to your old ram will not spped things up.. if you mix the two ram's they will ALL operate at the lowest possible common speed.
Consider buying larger modules at higher speeds lower latency timing.

Depending on what type of computer you bought and where you bought it, you can almost always upgrade the RAM size. If you don't already have it, I would recommend a 1G RAM.
