However you start it, don't use SAP in the actual name of the institute without clearing it with their lawyers first. A friend once started an SAP discussion site and used SAP in the name (sapforum.com, I believe). His top advertiser on the site was SAP...until...the lawyers caught wind. They yanked the ads and replaced them with a cease and desist order!
