Sure. I use confuzzling, just like bobby does. Most of my words I make up in the spur of the moment because I can't think of the word I'm trying to find. I almost never remember them though. I do however use guesstimate and yabble a lot. Yabble is a word I use for someone that is annoying the heck out of me because they are talking incessantly.

Yes a lot. It is fun having new words to play with. Go careful how you use them on Y/A people get upset not realizing you are just playing and that there is no intention of misdirecting or confusing (corrected: initial intention anyway).
Some made up words? Not telling you cos then you would be part of my gang. LOL.

Minglelize and drinkerize
I'm going to the club to minglelize, but more often than not I will drinkerize myself to a stupor.
People who can't hold their liquor, we call them sip 'n' swishers.

I used to say Splashe (with an accent ague above the e) as a substitute for cool in high school. I got a bunch of people to use it too as we were all sick of "cool"

Mehemoth and Mehusive. Two words to go beyond very large!
I also use Goram but that's from Firefly.
