What an unnecessary question, why do you beg for sympathy? You don't need to give them with irrelevant excuses. Did the Westerns do that for what they've done/they are doing in various parts of the world?

Ottoman Empire was a Turkish Empire then a Muslim empire. Of course, we Turks are proud Muslims but don't use us for your own purposes, from your nickname I assume you are a Paki or an Arab, with all due respect my ancestors ruled Europe until Vienna for hundreds of years which, I am proud of, but I do not think they'd like you making a remark on them from a totally irrelevant perspective. Don't be silly, who the hell are the British to humiliate us, just look at Gallipoli. Now that's what a call a humiliation lol

Anywaaaaaay, terrorism by anyone cannot be justified, these are not just words I really think human life is precious. Americans and Israelis are surely massacring, exploiting people in weaker countries now but I don't think this is the fault of anyone who's trying to get to work on a bus.

You have to be smart, like the Ottoman Turks They allowed people to practice their religious, cultural customs. They allow them to speak their own language. Tolerance is the key word. Is there another possible way to unite various nationalities under one banner? Look at Iraq -it's only been a few years-, do you think it is possible to solve problems by violence?

America and Israel are big bullies who are waiting to be carved. States are mortal, humanity isn't.

So cut the rhetoric, knowledge conquers all. Conquer them by thinking, not by shouting and by claiming things you cannot do, like the Westerns do now. (Just see the answers, some reveal an excessive amount of comical ignorance) You Middle Eastern just have to modernize yourselves a little, you know, take off your the 'religion' glasses and look at the world again.

Then, even their dreams won't reach what you have done.

Cheers~

p.s. to morons and to ones who are not quick of comprehension

I am not going to correct the false information some of you presented about the history of WWI, because it would degrade me to accept you as my interlocutor. DO NOT speak of things you do not know in order to look a little bright, you look like chimpanzees pretending to be CIA agents.

Terrorism is defined in the US as an act of violence perpetrated by a person who does not wear a uniform. So as long as American soldiers wear uniforms, they're not terrorists.

You're wrong about the Gulf War. Iraq had invaded the sovereign country of Kuwait, and the US and a coalition of many other countries recaptured Kuwait.

But you should know that the Yahoo Answers forum is not representative of what most Americans think. It's heavily used by people who work for the Republican party to promote Bush's policies. So although there is increased prejudice against Muslims in the US, most Americans do not believe Islam is an evil religion or that all or most Muslims are terrorists even though it might seem that way if you spend too much time reading the posts here.

Muslims are called terrorists because of 9/11 and 7/7. The evidence that completely destroys the official 9/11 story is easy to find. OBL didn't do it! It was Bush!! 7/7. Without bodies, they could have told us that aliens from the planet BigOne had flown down in their ufo's and zapped the buses etc, and the people would have believed it. I'm afraid that the evidence linking Muslims to both events is virtually non existent, and that which does exist could EASILY have been made up. We are being lied to, all of us. They are trying to turn the religions against each other.

Why do you non-Turks insist on showing the Ottoman Empire as your own? What do we have in common with you except religion? You are my brother, by religion of course and I'll help you no matter what happens. But this does not give you the right to speak of MY history as if it is YOURS. I don't care about the dumb Americans or the rat Jews nor I like the dull, racist Europeans. I am a proud Turk and a Muslim, I hope you guys will kick the asses of both America and Israel (as you certainly are) but this doesn't mean that Turks are involved in this matter. These guys are so freaking scared of Islam that it actually amuses me. At first they don't think I'm Muslim because I'm Turkish so I'm not dark or anything (Stupids, they think all muslims are dark or brown) then when I say I'm a Muslim they're like "oh...erm...I didn't know that"

Also seriously, get your facts right, it was actually the Turks who most humiliated the Brits in WWI.

you're incorrect. What provides muslims a faux label, a generalisation, IS terrorism by ability of muslims, globally, and on a on an typical basis foundation. It has handed off at present and it will take place back day after today. There seems to be no end to it. in the adventure that your fellow muslims ALL stopped the dying and destruction that is going on on an typical basis, then the generalisation would basically pass way, ultimately. undergo in innovations this: no longer all muslims are terrorists (I, too, have muslim acquaintances) yet basically approximately all terrorists are muslim. Islam, in despite interpretation, has delivered the generalisation label upon its contributors all by ability of itself. It did no longer take any outdoors suggestions. what style of society creates dying and destruction while yet another u . s . a . workouts its suitable to unfastened speech and publishes some cartoons of Mohammed? the place replaced into the wear in that? Now come on!! Do you no longer comprehend that pictorial representations of Mohammed existed way earlier in historic previous and exist to at present., created by ability of followers of Islam. It does look that something that muslims do no longer trust is immediately to be spoke back to with highway riots, innocents killed, typical destruction of sources ... that's no longer civilised. that's why you have this label linked. notice properly: we are no longer stupid. we've had an training. We comprehend all approximately generalising and stereotyping. basically by using fact Osama BL is a terrorist does no longer mean that everybody interior the bin encumbered kin is a terrorist. that would desire to be it seems that stupid. we are no longer stupid. faith is a curse upon mankind. there's a medical care.

Sorry, pal! We call Muslims 'Muslims', and we call terrorists 'terrorists'! The fact that the world is currently infested with a terrorist element that perpetrate their hellish acts on innocents, and are mostly Muslim, is not a matter of debate. It's a fact!
No-one claims that we non-Muslim people are all saints, but the fact remains, we largely don't go around indiscriminately blowing civilians to bits in market-places and restaurants.
I do think religious bigotry is more prevalent now between some radical Muslim schisms and their more conservative, and superior, Muslim neighbours, than it ever was between Catholics and Protestants in, say, Ireland or the West of Scotland, and that was pretty bad!

What do you mean we don't have proof for 9/11 AL-quaeda took responsibility for it. We help the Israelis because they are our allies and because without us they would have been slaughtered. The Arab countries got all of their weapons from the soviets so we had to help out the Israelis and it was the Arab countries which attacked them in the first place. And as far as WW1 goes. The Ottoman Empire declared war on the British, what was Britain supposed to do, it was a war, in a war you fight and someone loses. In that case is was the Ottoman's. If they didn't want to get humiliated they should have gotten in the war in the first place.

Cruel? And so the Palestinians blowing up Israeli women and children aren't "cruel"? The bastards who blew up London on 7/7/05 and kileld loads of innocent poeple are "cruel"? You're not really in a position to call other people "cruel". The hostage takers who beheaded two innocent civillian hostages with butchers' knives aren't "cruel"?

Muslim terrorists are some of the cruellest and most evil people on this planet. What a barbaric way to act.

And any religion that can execute a woman for being raped can be called nothing short of "cruel".

As for your "Turkish Empire" tough crap. The Strongest wins, the weakest gets humiliated.

Hey there troll... it's that kind of mentality that paints your whole religion in such a ridiculous light. It's that kind of warped logic that leads to innoncent lives being lost. Are you questioning 9/11? There is more proof for muslim terrorists perpetrating it than 90% per cent of all murder cases. As for "cruel" Israel... it's not Israel who supports violent measures and Jihad against the West. Go away now and play nice, don't go blowing anything up.
