Absolutely! If you feel the "need to feed" it's best to eat it in the morning. Your metabolism is running at a much faster rate at this time and slows to almost a stop by night. Which means if you eat it a nite you'll be wearing it the next morning! My own personal rule of thumb is to eat nothing after 5:00 pm. It pretty much allows me to eat whatever during the day!

Yes, breakfast would be the best time to eat something bad for you, you can burn off all the calories through out the day, rather than storing them at night and letting them turn to fat.

this is a great question... but unfortuately I'm afraid that only u know the answer to this....

I know that when I first moved out of my parents house.... I had cake for breakfast.... because I could. It was great!
