We use about 6 to 10 % of our 'concious' mind. The other 90% is our 'sub-concious' mind , through which we can think, memorise, recall events, imagine, dream and other uncontrollable things. There is no way anyone can control the thoughts (the thoughts arise from our sub-concious mind, biologically known as medulla oblongata). The sub-concious mind is out of our control, and if someone is able to exercise control on it, it would not be wrong to call him/her an exceptional human being. The mind which we use ( 6-10%) is under our control . The people who can see or predict events have the ability to use even their sub-concious mind, but even that does not tally upto 100%. It is also confined to 17 - 19%.
Hence till today, it is practically impossible to apply our 100% of the brain.

We use all of our brains.
Just think, if we used just 10% of our brains, then a chimp using 30% of his would be smarter than a human. Sounds dumb, huh?
The 10% probably comes from a dumb journalist, who was told that 90% of the brain mass was glial and support cells.
We don't use all of our brain at the same time -- that'd be a grand mal seizure. Most of the time, most of the neurons are ticking over in a coordinated manner -- making the measurable brain waves!

We use only ten percent at a time. Not ten percent in total.
If people used more than ten percent of their brain at one time they would have a seizure and could die. Consider it a type of overload.
I should add the ten percent figure is bogus (approximations vary) and MRIs do show that much of the brain has very low levels of activity depending on what the person is thinking about. If there is unregulated brain activity that will cause the overload I was talking about.
That subconcious vs concious mind stuff is bunk.

the brains capacity is so huge to hold information that it is said if you are bombarded witha new fact every minute of your life it will only use up 10 percent of your brain there i no wayt o open up the other 90percent as it is not needed because the brain is so efficient at holding information that youll never need more than 10 percent of its capacity

You can't - we only use 10% (actually we use more, but we'll say 10% since it's widely accepted) because the rest of the brain is grey matter that cannot actually be used for mental processes.

The techniques is fairly the main helpful situation which you will need to own. If one desires to create a sky, a sea, or the rest, you could desire to definitely do it almost without problems using one’s techniques. The techniques is so able that it may carry the two the sky and one’s self conveniently. in accordance to Dickinson in “To Make a Prairie It Takes a Clover,” all that could desire to be necessary to make a prairie could be in basic terms “one clover, and a bee, and revery. ty of the sky could desire to be very definitely overtaken by using that of the techniques. The techniques’s mind's eye by myself could be sufficient in growing to be a prairie. this is extremely obtrusive in her writings that she believes that the techniques is a very majestic and stunning situation which has genuinely no longer something to hold it back from going extra beneficial and larger. The techniques is able to conserving huge quantities of counsel. there is not any longer something to which the techniques could properly be properly in comparison. There are not any obstacles for the techniques or for its features to create and carry a style and a super quantity of counsel. There could be no want for a clover and one bee. The techniques can create in spite of it desires, in spite of it may think of of, no count number if this is a prairie or maybe complete new worlds. The mind's eye has countless opportunities and there is not any longer something which could provide up it from thinking and imagining. The techniques could seem as countless because of the fact the sky, yet there could desire to at last be a boundary to which the sky can pass, some style of end, however the helpful techniques knows no limits. there is not any longer something present that has as many skills, as plenty potential to hold counsel, or as plenty mind's eye.
