why is it always $20's.this is the 3rd.time this year that i lost a $20.once in the pocket of my jeans at a laundry mat,2nd.went down the toilet when i pulled up my pants and now.

WHY ME?

Not if you don't get caught. How can they really prove you did it, and why would they care to investigate? If I were you, I would tape it back together and go to the bank asking for a replacement saying that you found it that way, or that you were given it as change and didn't notice until after. Don't admit you did it. Or you could just be honest.

I do not believe you can be arressted for that but along that line you should be able to turn in the pieces to a bank and get your money back.

No.....it was by accident. Even if you did it on purpose,I am sure that no one would know.....but the sad thing is....you're out 20 bucks!!

Ha ha....I wont tell if you dont. You can probaly take it to the bank and get a new one. They will do that with torn money....
