just wondering as I found a killer sale on Flash Drives with an instant rebate.
The manager said you can only get one, but there was no limit written on the ad itself, or anywhere in the store.

Can he do this?
Or can I challenge it?

Mike -- shut up you know nothing.
If there is a misprint, they have to correct it in writing, or else it must be sold for the price advertised.

THATS the law!!!

Think. What if a misprint read, "Everything 150% off" instead of "50%." Do you think the LAW requires him to go out of business paying shoppers cash to take away his merchandise?

he can do this

or impose a limit of one instant rebate per customer, which amounts to the same thing.
