Don't you think?

Yeah, I know. That question earlier was so absurd. It was the first time that I actually saw someone try to work backwards and grab older groups. Led Zeppelin and the Beatles are next I'm sure. Maybe Bach and Tchaikovski. There is certainly no safe opera.

Freaking hilarious. You must have read one of my earlier posts today. You have heard of the game Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon? We should come up with a concept where you could take any song or artist and then have to prove why they are indeed emo. I'll bet I could get tons of advance sales just from here alone. To fully appreciate how funny this is, check the link from earlier today.

With the Emo label being applied broadly to other music as opposed to it's original casting of Post-Punk you might as well go as far as saying that ALL music is Emo since all music is composed to bring out an emotion of one type or another.

Maybe it is if you're American.

Speaking as a Brit, I just love Jimi Hendrix's version - for the sake of loving it.

Though I know that when he was interviewed about his performance of it, the interviewer said some people might be offended by his interpritation, Hendrix replied "Why? I thought it was just beautiful."
