I'm trying to put together a Tango CD. Does anyone know of any good songs in particular?

If you know some CD names that are only Tango, let me know too.

If you're looking for Argentine tango, or interested in the music itself and less concerned about how easily you can dance to it, just pick any Astor Piazzolla CD.
If you have to restrict yourself to one CD, though, you have to have some of the old standards: la Cumparsita, Gallo Ciego, and el Choclo as a minimum, and Volver (especially Gardel's) if it's for listening over dancing. Dunno what you're looking for, but you should at least consider a mix of the classics like Gardel and el Canario, the Nuevo Tango of Piazzolla, and the modern stuff from people like Gotan Project to cover the three major eras.

There is a lot of Tango CDs on http://www.ballroomdancers.com , http://www.dancevision.com , http://www.danceshopper.com you can listen to free samples on those websites before you buy. The name of the CD that comes to my mind that has nothing but Tango is "The Best of Tango" by Casa Musica.
