In regards to debt empire? Even if the American Empire falls, what makes you think so definitively that Chinese Empire will replace it? I am not sure I want China to be another empire. But we are ahead of ourselves. May be we should first examine what prompted America to be an empire and see whether one can say the same about China.

Unless by some divine intervention, I don't think China can Replace America's land mass.

If you mean, as an economic power, then yes, you have a point.

Warren Buffet seems to think along with many others that China will surpass the USA by 2025. I'd say, after living here as an ex pat from the USA that their prediction is five years too late.

This country is growing so fast that the government here has been forced to take measures to slow it down.

As far as a military power, the USA will remain that way for quite some time. China and many other countries are smart enough to understand that the military, fighting bogus wars, propping up flimsy governments has a huge price to pay in money, moral leadership and standing in the world.

The USA supplies 35% to 50% of the worlds arms, China only 3%. When it comes to war and conflict, follow the money.

Peace

China's economy is growing at 9 % or more. While we have been playing war in Iraq the past 5 years China has been going around the world making friends.

As far as replace America I know a lot of our jobs are going there mine included so I hate China.

The good news is they are destoying there environment very fast so with a little luck they will all kill them selfs.

So my answer is NO and say NO to China

No. China is in Asia. The US is in North America. Neither continent is moving toward the other.

Replace us with what?

I think our companies need to stop manufacturing there, period.

I don't care if it costs us 50% more. I had to painstakingly check my kids' toys because of these morons.
