I am 36 weeks & 3 days pregnant, for the past 2 weeks i have been expierncing many signs of labor. Ive had an increased amount of braxton hicks contractions, one was so strong i thought it was real. Ive dropped, to the point where i cant drop anymore. My pelvic region is VERY sore. Her head is engaged, so my doctor said last tuesday. My lower back aches alot. Its getting really hard to walk around. I can no longer get out of a laying position by myself. Shes calmed down on her moving. Minor dizzy spells and headaches. I always feel as if i have to go to the bathroom. When i really dont. Am i going to go into labor before my due date?? Which is august 28th. Thanks for any advice.

It's possible, but is this your 1st? With those 1st babies things like this can happen and stay this way for weeks. You just never know, and every woman is different. My advice to you would be to just lay (kinda like bed rest) around for at another week until you are 37-38 weeks then start walking alot and try to get your labor going. Good Luck.

I dont think so. It's just your body getting ready for labor and it's also tired of being pregnant. My back hurt during my entire second pregnancy, from start to finish practically. My braxtons hicks got worse and worse until some days I couldnt tell them apart from the real thing. You pelvic floor will become very sore and you might feel the pinching of your cervix if you bend down for stuff and stand up, or when your sitting down and stand up all of a sudden. You dont have much longer to go. Good luck!

36 weeks is a safe time to go into labor
if your lower back hurts off and on not all the time then yes that's early labor
labor pains can happen anywhere from the back to the legs trust me i had hip and leg labor

go to the hospital when it is 5 minutes apart or you just cant handle the pain

as per the dizzy spells you just need to eat more
dont just eat 3 times a day there is no way you'll get enough nutrition if you do
eat often and drink lots of fluids

You don't know when you're going to go into labor, until you're in it. The last four weeks is like this unbearable time, waiting game.... I'm 7 months with my second & am already having horrible braxton hicks, your body is preparing, you could go into labor now or in 4 weeks... it's when your baby wants to meet you! :o) But these are all normal things that are going to just be "symptoms" until you experience loss of mucus plug, bloody show, a water break or equal contractions! :o) Congrats!

I'm 39 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing all of these things since about 33 weeks. It sounds to me as though you are just experiencing the joys of the third trimester - it's a really uncomfortable time.

You need to take action only if your waters break or if your contractions become regular and/or painful.

Hope this helps and good luck : )

You could go a week or two like this or maybe not even that long. I think you are for sure getting ready to have this baby. Sounds like it could be anytime, if that water breaks call your doctor. IT sounds like you are dilating!! When was the last time he has checked that? I would just lay around and take it easy and get rested up for delivery!!

I am a nurse and I am going to school to become a midwife .Personally I know if u are experiencing all these things u will not make it to ur do date,But the more walking you do it will speed up the process if that is what u want to do.
Good luck and I hope it all works out for u. Congradulations.
