Not at all. I've decided to stay in a Harry-free zone.
I have read Lord of the Rings and others of my favorite fantasy series many times and find something new and wonderful each time. I think one of the requirements of a classic is this quality of timeless interest and endless discovery.

Philosopher's Stone: 50 plus times
Chamber of Secrets: 35 plus times
Prizoner of Azkaban: 35 plus times
Goblet of Fire: 20 plus times
Order of the Phoenix: 15 plus times
Half-Blood Prince: 4 times
Deathly Hallows: 2 times
I've been reading the books since I was eight (nearly nine years ago) which is why I've read them so many times.
Susan K, the Potter books DO have this quality.
As for how many times I've read them straight through, probably only twice, for HBP and for DH.
Oh dear, I hope it doesn't appear that I only read HP, Jim. I read many other books, I've just been with the series so long that I've read it so many times. I do reread more than once a year, but not the whole series expect for when there is a new book coming out...but I guess I won't be doing that again.

For hopeless Harry Potter addicts:
http://www.life-after-harry-potter.com
Included is a list of only the best sorcery fantasy books, grade reading level, and a short review of each book.
I applaud that you read the entire series over. I used to do such things as well. However, there is a world chock-full of great books that you have not yet read. My (unsolicited) advice: don't re-read any series more than once a year. Use all that extra time to discover other great books. You won't regret it.
I hope this helps.

lol me too! I've read them all through once, but now I miss them and want to re-read them all. I think I'll buy the 1-6 box set from Amazon, I already own book 7 (couldn't wait long enough to read that one from the library, I was number 346 on their wait list!!!) I miss potter, I can't believe there'll never be another book. And the movies always are not even half as good as the books, so there's really no consolation there either.

Usually while waiting for the next book, I'd re-read the ones before that were already printed. I've probably read books 1-5 about 6 times.

I read the 1st 2nd and the 3rd one twice. All the others books are once. But I'm hoping to read them all again in the vacation.

I have read each book 2-3 times. Usually to refresh myself for a new book to come. I have never sat down and read them from 1st to 7th in order.

Oh, I've read the first one once, the second one once, the third one six times, the fourth one five times, the fifth one ten times, the sixth one eight times, and the seventh one twice.
I've gotta take a break from it!
