Gearing etc.
I will give you some idea by telling you that a standard gear 11hp motor with 150lb adult on board will travel at about 60mph.
If your quad is heavier and your motor less powerful, you can expect an attainable 40mph (approx guess) depending on gearing and where the motor produces it's power (high rev 2 stroke, other......)
Don't take that as gospel

It depends on the gearing and the final drive ratio. No way to determine that here.

depends on the gearing you put on it..you could ethier climb a mountain,or need a truck to push you up to 50MPH and then opener up and do 150

Speed depends on mass and other factors. YOu cannot predict speed based on horsepower. Too many unknowns.
