i got one when i was 7 or 8 and it died a few years ago, but am too old to get another one???

I'm 25 and I got a teddy bear hamster named einstein!! HE's SO CUTE!! One is never too old!!!!

Well I don't know how old you are now lol. But I think your never too old for any kind of pet. I love hamsters. They don't have themhere in Australia but I had one when I lived in Britain years ago when I was 12. I'm 25 now, but if I ever moved back there I would get one in a second lol.

You're never too old to get a pet! Don't be silly! If you want a hamster, get another one. Just make sure you get one that's not a vicious little monster. (In case you couldn't tell, I've had bad experiences with hamsters hahah)
Rats are more to my liking ^_^

you can never out grow a pet hamster! i was thinking about getting on the other day. they make good pets and they're cool little rodents... however, if you want to graduate to a more complex pet- get a ferret... they are a lot of fun and they will make you laugh a lot. but be careful, because they are little trouble makers by nature

Not at all! In fact, you're probably a better age to take care of your hamster now than you were then. And you will have some experience to call on to take care of a new one.

well I don't know how old you are but your never to old to get any kind of pet.whether your 85 or 5 it doesn't matter.hamsters are cute and there pretty easy to take care of,so why don't you go get one right now!!!!! lol =0)
