Don't you wish your mom could just hug and make everything all better?

Hey, this has nothing to do with my parents. I appreciate everything they do for me. My mom is like my best friend. I'm actually referring to how underappreciatve my friends are.

Yes, I do.

My best friend ever moved, and in like 6 months she had two new best friends and forgot about me. It's just like.... I don't know, she was really the best friend I ever had. We never had a fight or anything, and we had so much fun together! And now she's parading around these new friends, and saying stuff like "They're my absolute heros" and whatnot.

It's like, I was the one who was always there for her [and still am] but now she only cares about them. What about me? What about all I did for her? How can she just replace me? How can she forget about me?

It just hurts a lot....

Anyway, thanks giving me a chance to vent... sorry to dump my troubles on you.

:]

Getting hug would be nice. It used to make everything all better back in the day. I wonder why it doesn't work anymore...

Anyways, I'm feeling underappreciated because I honestly don't think my boyfriend cares that I cook him dinner, and wash his clothes, and fetch his beers and stuff like that. He just comes home, sits on the couch, and either plays Xbox or watches TV until dinner is done. I seriously wonder what he did to survive before I came along and spoiled the ever-living mess out of him.

I feel underappreciated at work 'cuz the slackers get the same treatment as the hard workers (right now, I'm somewhere in the middle).

Sometimes I do. Usually when I am thinking how much easier some of my hats would be to wear If every one would just do a little bit, not to mention a fair share. But then I remind myself
that I choose what I do. No one makes me do it. So knowing that it IS done will have to be its own reward.

I sure do. There are a few people that I've helped out who didn't appreciate it - which I can deal with - but then they turned around and scr**ed me which I really don't get at all. Unfortunately, my mom isn't the comforting type....I hope you feel better!
