This is not in Gettysburg, it is an hour away, but it is so wonderful I wanted to recommend it. My BF took me here for our first Valentine's Day together (we're actually going again this weekend I love it so much!).
There are a couple restaurants with the brewery - - I love The Catacombs and have also eaten at Alois (basically the same menu). http://www.bubesbrewery.com/

So long as you eat meat, try "Sausage en Croute" appetizer: "a seasoned sausage mixture wrapped in puff pastry and served with a mustard cream sauce "

It' just outside of Gettysburg, but the Cashtown Inn is nice. It is also a Bed and Breakfast.
