There are no secrets. If you take out the tray and keep it out for a few minitues the cubes will start melting at the room temperature. Or if you are in a hurry dip the tray in water at room temperature and thed cubes will start getting out of their sockets.

You twist it in opposite directions on each side, this makes all the ice cubes release from the tray.
Then many people will give it a little jump, and the cubes jump out of their slots.

When I have trouble, I run hot water around the bottom of the trays before I break them loose.

Being you have a plastic ice-tray.place it is backside under luke heat to warm water.enable the water to run on it some seconds,then twist the ice-tray.warning-some ice cubes might shrink in diameter,yet might have lose ice.

I always run Little cold water on mine and the pop right out run it on the bottom turn them upside down and there ya go works great were I live we use lots lol
