I regret most in my life not being able to revive my son, Koury, Who was 27 days old when he passed away from SIDS.
I tried to resuscitate him, the paramedics had him stable in the ambulance, and I had to stay behind to answer an investigators questions. This took an hour. When I arrived at the hospital I was told he had passed away.
This day is the worst in my history of bad days. I regret
waking up when I did, and not 20 minutes sooner. I regret staying and talking to the investigator. I regret having to spread my sons ashes, well before I feel he should have been taken. My heart will never heal from this break, as I am half a woman never hearing my son tell me he loves me, not being able to get a hug from him, play with him, it is a punishment just to be alive knowing he is dead. But I know everything happens for a reason, I just wish that I knew what it could possibly be.

There is no such thing as a life without any regrets. However, regrets can become either burdens that interfere with your present happiness and restrict your future, or motivation to move forward.

I don't live in regret. At some point, we wanted to do everything that we've done... I might have thought differently after I did it, but I still don't regret the process of finding out that it was a bad decision!

Hi Moon,
I try to 'accept' and not regret. As we journey through life we must all make decisions and none of us are perfect. If we follow our heart and conscience and do what we feel is right for that particular moment in time, then no matter what the consequences, we shouldn't regret it.

I regret a lot of decisions I made over my life. If I could go back in time, I'd do almost everything differently.

I have no regrets. Everything happens for a reason, and I learn from my mistakes :)

I don't have any regrets. I try to work things out so I won't be left with anything to regret.

I don't regret anything....I've learned something from everything I have ever done. I have made bad choices in life but I don't regret a single one of them.
