I usually go with the double team of caffeine and nictone.
If that doesn't work, try taking 30 minute breaks to the bathroom to splash cold water on your face.
If all else fails, find something to keep your mind active (like Yahoo Answers... that's what I'm doing).

try to keep yourself busy. when your mind is thinking of alot of things, i dont think you would feel sleepy..
try coffee, although too much of it is bad.. eating helps keep you awake, eating chips or chocolates...
when you get used to being awake at night, maybe a week straight of nights awake, your body will get used to it and adjust its own body clock..
so it wouldnt be hard for you to stay awake at nights
