If the answer is a mixed number or whole number change it to a fraction. For example: 3 2/4 would be changed to 14/4 or 2 would be 2/1. After you would make the number its reciprical and multiply. For example: 14/4 divided by 2/1... you would change 2/1 to its recipricle of 1/2 then multiply through. So it would be.. 14/4 multiplied by 1/2... then you'd get 14/8 then you'd simplify it to 7/4.
