Which one provides the best racing?

Your question is actually very specific so I will answer that first and say that of the two you have given us option on that the Superbikes provide the better actual racing, over the season. Though it is a close run thing at times.

If it is expanded then I would re-vamp that and say that 125 Moto GP is even better for racing action.

Now if I answer the question as others have done - i.e. what is my preferred series - well I go to see them both as much as I can but If I was forced to pick only one then it would be Moto GP.

I prefer Moto GP. Went to the British one and off to the czech one in a couple of weeks. Went to British WSBK last year, not as entertaining. Can't see the point in the two races.

Moto Gp is king but I think WSB provides better racing based on real world machines. Look at Troy Baylis last year!

It depends. If you want the ultimate performance, with each machine costing several hundred thousand dollars or more, then its MotoGP. If you want something that relates to the bikes available to the public, then its WSBK; where the bikes are modelled on showroom versions (but sometimes still highly modified for racing). However, the WS Super Sports racing machines are very close to showroom models.

Moto GP for sure. The speed of those bikes is like nothing else.

If you want really good road based machines then you look at WSB. Not a fan myself.

I think Ive spent to much time riding on tracks!

MOTOGP is the highest pinnicle of motorsport in the world.

I know of die hard 4 wheel fans ( like my big Bro & his mates) who will openly admit that Motogp is amazing to watch. I think now the class is 4 stoke (blue ribbon only), a lot of car fans start to enjoy the racing. They can relate to engine size better I guess.

Although it is not in your question, I am always blown away when I see riders like Dougie Lampkin & Co riding indoor trails.

Granted its not a "race" but them guys are amazing to watch.
