Note: Some parts of Atlanta are hood, just like in every major city, but tis nowhere near being the most. I live in ATL, and all people do is move here, so I'm pretty sure that if it was really hood people would be leaving rather than coming.

Even though NY is really gangster with gangs and the Mafia I have to say that LA is more gangster because they have so many gangs with different sets. There are more gangs in LA than in NY, Atlanta, and Miami. Even the police are worst far as brutality goes and that makes it the most gangster place to live.

Me from experience would have to say Brooklyn, but if you want the most gangsta city, look up crime rates online and see what city it's high in. Then you'll have your answer.
