True. You can't be anyone but yourself. Anything else is not you . . .
Did that make sense? =)

I like being who I choose to be hahehe I am not going to lie the past two years have been difficult for me....I have learned to accept certain truths about myself and my life and I am ok with it....lots of soul searching and reading and writing and listening to my thoughts my emotions and I like myself and my life for I can only do the best that I can under certain circumstances and I am trying to make circumstances change in my life but of course this does not happen over night :))) but in the end I choose who I am and where I want to be and I fel good :)))))))))))))))Positive vibrations all the way :)))))

You will always be what others choose to see. There is no choice in that for you. But being yourself is optional. So, consequently, your statement is false. One is inevitable, but being both at the same time is a choice.

True! If we are who others choose to see, then we will be surrounded by people who like that. Those people are idiots! If you are yourself, than you will be surrounded by people who are like that.

I tried for so long to be what others wanted me to be. I did this to fit in but now that I am older I realize that those people who I was trying to impress didn't deserve to get to know the real me. I am who I am and I don't pretend to be anyone else.
