1.EarthBound Is for the Snes. You might be talking about Earthbound Zero which is only avalible in English on a rom an emulator. Or You could Get the Japanese version of Earthbound Zero (titled Mother) for a famicom on ebay or in Japan.
2. You could buy the American version of Earthbound On sights like e-starland.com and jjgames.com.

You have little chance of obtaining an NES on the internet, and (assuming you are looking for Mother 1, aka Earthbound Zero) you have no chance of obtaining an english cart of the game, I suggest you download an emulator and the rom.

Here is the rom: http://romhustler.net/rom/nes/404
Here is the emulator: http://www.zshare.net/download/21092138ccc2/

Both of them are virus free! Simply unzip, load rom, and play!
If by chance you meant a SNES and Mother 2 aka Earthbound, then you have good chances of finding them on eBay.
I have played all 3 Mother games, and they truly are worth the time and effort to play!

Try ebay, or it's sister site half.com. Both are good sources for used video games and old systems.

Earthbound found on half.com:

(Sorry, they only had the SuperNES version)
Super NES found on half.com

Good luck.

Well, since it's been quite a while since those actually came out, I would highly suggest shopping for it online, such as Ebay.
