Then, in reality -- you need to ask the question in the Business Forum -- because PERSONNEL is something that helps the folks who were hired by the business to know their benefits, their job responsibilities, interviews (maybe) new hires, outprocesses those who are retiring/leaving/are fired, keeps the records of your employment (and evaluations), etc.
