No but I broke my wrist the summer after we got a pool and couldn't get it wet. We tied my arm up in a bread bag so I could swim without it getting wet. I even learned how to jump in without going under at all to keep it dry.

Bread bags are very handy. I used to use them when I ran out of plastic pants for my babies (in the days of clothe diapers.) and if you put them over your kids' feet, their boots go on much easier.

hey it was a quick and no-cost way to help keep our feet dry
and i used to throw snowballs at that little girl in the pink outfit.
course i was 7 or 8 at that time
