T.O. has done a pretty good job of keeping a low profile this year, but his past will haunt him no matter what he does. Truth of the matter is if he were a lousy player and went around spouting, "I love me some me," no one would care, but since he is one of those rare players on whom an entire game can turn, everything he does is subject to scrutiny. Positive things like him saying "I love being a Cowboy" doesn't sell beer, the latest wood-drug or whatever products they're pushing on ESPN, so they focus on anything that they can give a potentially negative slant. Don't get me wrong, he can and has been a real jerk, but his past antics really seem to pale in comparison to the whole Vick thing.

It's just because he is Terrell Owens. He is known for critism and many people don't think he takes everything on the field seriously. This year, I haven't heard anything other than sitting practice because of his hamstring. Well honestly, he deserves a lil break because he is getting up in age and needs a lil break. He is still a great receiver and I do believe we won't see a melt down by him,Romo, or Phillips this year. I do think they have a shot to win the Super Bowl with all the verteran and young talent. Look for TO to get 13-16 touchdown catches this year.

Like I said before the media portrays him as some lazy A$$ receiver but everyone knows what his desire is and how much passion he puts in practice and the games..besides it was Coach Phillips and Receiver's Coach Shermans that had him sit out because they do not want a repeat of when he missed 14 straight days and 2 preseason games last year because he was over worked on his hamstring..who care's what the media says..T.O. loves to play and everyone will see that this year when the BOYS are handling up!

Terrell Owens and criticism are synonymous with each other. He's been prone to headlines for much of his career, and the media isn't going to stop just because there were other players who didn't practice.

Well he has a HISTORY of doing this. That is WHY he is being taken to the cleaners about it. The others probably don't have a history of suddenly getting a hamstring injury whenever training camp starts. This is a norm for him.

Because he has a target on his back because of his past actions. Doesn't make it fair or even really justify it, but it's just the way the media ball bounces.
