Well I've entered the building again now
It was because my fans shouted me back so many times that it had to be announced when I left the building so they knew I wouldn't be doing any more encores

Elvis didn't announce it, the announcer at the venue would do it so that the fans wouldn't wait around for another encore

It wasn't Elvis who announced it it was Horace Lee Logan who announced it to get people to leave the concert venue
